Horrible customer service. I tried returning an item for my grandfather. The lady at the service desk was really rude. She told me that I could only exchange it for something in the same department it came from. I told her my grandpa had already gotten the right item from somewhere else. She said, "Oh well." I called him to let him know. He asked to speak to her. She answered him saying "What?"
