This ATM always has problems. Unable to deposit cash over and over and over. They replaced it and still it won't accept deposits.

US Bank will not protect you from fraud. Had someone steal $ from my checking account. Contacted them within mins of the charge hitting my account. They refuse to stop the charge saying I didn't respond fast enough. Called immediately, when I didn't get their paperwork they for weeks they blamed me. Unbelievable.
I wish I could give a it zero star. Do not use the new ATM machine at the drive thru. It took my check and never gave me a receipt. I went inside and they were not helpful at all. Gave me the 1800 number. They could care less. It is a holiday weekend and I need my money. NO ONE in the branch was helpful at all. USELESS.
