Absolutely over-the-top service and care. Literally called in a personal favour to make sure my daughter wasn’t left in the cold for an hour waiting for other companies. Genuinely good humans who deserve to be your first call, every time.
Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. I was told the wait was 10-15 minutes, called back after 20 and was told an unmarked white SUV would be picking me up (is that even legal?) and was on the way. I called back again and was told I better call another taxi service, after waiting almost 30 minutes. I almost missed the bus back to NB because the dispatcher was mismanaging rides or couldn’t be honest about the wait.
