This was my first time going to this bank. I was super excited that I found a shared bank closer to home. Couldn't find the bank no name or nothing posted on the building. Then go in stod in line no one in front of but I waited like 5 minutes, a lady looked at me several times never greeted me or asked could she help. It was okay, all new employees since my last visit.

I got the hard time to located this bank. I did not realized, if the bank is inside in the big building. I hope that they put the bank sign ( perhaps, I did not looked more thoroughly). But, I did received a good customer service from my bank teller.
Came in at 3:30. Only one teller 5 people waiting in line. The man in front of us was having some sort of issues with his deposit.(who was not rude)Esther who was helping him was getting very frustrated. By the time she got to all of us, she was very rude and snappy. I understand she probably wanted to go home but no need for the snappiness. You’d think a bank who thinks it’s all high and mighty would teach their employees better manners...
