I had a really bad experience here today. I originally was going to deposit two checks and 321 dollars in cash. The lady only deposited the two checks without acknowledging the money. I am 99.9% sure this was done on purpose considering that she said “oh you have all of this to deposit.” She then proceeded to try to rush me out and gave me the receipt of just the checks. Today 7/13/2023 at 4:50. I called this branch to inquire about their home loan process and ask general questions, possibly set a meeting with someone. However, when I called someone by the name of "Trey?" picked up the phone. When I told him what I was calling about he told me that he would be forwarding my call to a colleague. I was placed on hold till the branch closed. Look I understand it was an hour to closing time, but this is not how you handle a call. was it too much to simply tell me to call back at a later time????... read more
