Horrible the way they do business, I’ve been a customer from 1996 never had issues had a mortgage credit cards and car loans and they are the only bank I ever used before never done anything I claimed a fraud charge after noticing a weird transaction and instantly shut the card off and contacted after they said they would review it they denied my claim stating a chip was used. I showed proof that I was nowhere near the area and they didn’t care. I am going today to close all accounts and move everything over to another bank ... read more

This has got to be the worst customer service branch in Lafayette. The manager ignored everyone waiting in line even though people in line were looking right at her. Only one teller was behind the counter.Then after the employees finished chatting in the managers office the gentleman comes out and says how can I help you?
