The most unprofessional bank. Do not use this bank if you need any information on your accounts in written format. They have no problem in taking your money and payments, but will not provide you with the information you need to verify that the money they took from actually happened in any timely manner. Need a letter head "sorry we don't do that we can only provide it verbally."

DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK !! My PERSONAL and SECURED information was taken by M&T Bank employees (Genesee St, Utica, NY) and used for their personal gain. I have the proof and I’ve contacted M&T Bank twice to file a formal complaint and request an investigation. It has been a week already and NO ONE has even attempted to contact me regarding this matter.

I don’t understand this branch’s operations. First, their is no entrance that is accessible to the disabled. Once gaining entrance to the bank, I ended up leaving after waiting for more than 30 minutes to pick up a cashiers check I was told that there was only one working printer and the only teller who could help me would be busy with another customer for yet another 20 minutes. I understand that this branch is currently without a branch manager. Is that the problem?

This is a great branch filled with great customer service who call their customers on their bday’s or just to check in when they don’t see you come in as often as you usually do. just to say hi and make sure there isn’t anything we need that they came help with. Truly a warm welcoming branch at the centreville location.

I was disappointed in the manner Asst.Branch Mgr. Jeffrey Berdzik handled my bank claim, it proved he lacks conflict mgmt and resolution skills, he does not collaborate with customers well, has no analytical ability and no formal accounting qualifications. Skills that really matter in banking. ISO a new bank, it’s that serious.

Very shitty people behind the desks! So unprofessional it’s a joke. been going there for years and they have the nerve too ask if “I’m a customer” bunch of libral half witts!
