My father swore by this credit union for years and how great they were. Fast forward he passed away and they have been nothing but problems. They requested multiple confidential documents from me and once they saw them said I had to do everything in person. Where did those documents go? I doubt if you can't handle anything on the phone that anything was encrypted. They do not have any weekend hours so you have to take a day off of work to figure this out. I would never recommend this financial institution to anyone, they are very devious in the way they put their loans together and their interest rates on a second mortgage is crazy and most of your payment goes towards interest and not principal. Also they really don't want to help you out when you get behind because of emergencies they just threaten you with attorneys and liens. And when you do ask for a payoff it's almost the same amount that you took out 5 years ago trying to figure it all out but yes I would not use this ... read more
