I would never recommend this financial institution to anyone, they are very devious in the way they put their loans together and their interest rates on a second mortgage is crazy and most of your payment goes towards interest and not principal. Also they really don't want to help you out when you get behind because of emergencies they just threaten you with attorneys and liens. And when you do ask for a payoff it's almost the same amount that you took out 5 years ago trying to figure it all out but yes I would not use this ... read more
