Horrible customer service! I secured a construction loan with HomeStreet Bank in Vancouver Washington. From start to end it was the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. I'm former military and a current federal employee who is very familiar/experienced with relocations and working with banks. This bank lied about the terms of the loan, NEVER provided timely information, and didn't show any competence.
