Not a good bank to be with. Go with a credit union. Every single time we pay rent with the nicolet card it gets “stuck” in processing?? For like 3-5 days?? I’ve never had this problem with any credit union, and it’s very inconvenient and annoying.
I received a call from someone close to me on a Friday that a cashiers check from my bank had bounced when she deposited it. It was for over $20k. When I called Nicolet the following Monday and spoke to Gavin Hinkley, this persons personal banker and BRANCH MANAGER, he explained that the issue wasn’t with Nicolet but with my bank and the validity of the check.
