Had an appointment at 12:30pm. I love this location because they go above and beyond to help their customers and make sure they are helping reach their financial goals. They can help with credit establishing, debt consolidation, mortgages, personal loans, home equity loans AND OFFER FREE ACCOUNTS! I love that they have recently started offering their customers access to their direct deposits up to two days earlier. Both tellers are so friendly and the Bankers are very knowledgeable! Financial advice I would trust!
Jessica Benz-Thooft (Personal Banker) is not only professional but she is so sweet and caring! She had such a positive attitude and helped me resolve both of the issues I was having (I had fraud on my 360 card and I misplaced my debit card. )
