The takeover by infirst was bungled from the beginning and has gone down hill steadily
Fedstar has been an amazing bank before they were bought out by InFirst credit union. I do my primary banking with another local credit union and do not wish to switch. My budget can also be tight during the month and I do not like using autopay. InFirst is now stating that any transaction payment over the phone is a $15 charge, additionally the only way you can pay your account now with them is to either pay an additional $10 fee every month on their website or you can set up the autopay for "free" although that is not an o... read more
