Very disappointing experience. I booked a clean for my small studio apartment, including extra services like wall cleaning, but the quality was poor. Carpets weren’t vacuumed properly, and the wall cleaning actually made things worse. The team was unprofessional—I was told to stay out of my own apartment because I was “in the way.” They also refused to dispose of bins and left rubbish outside my door, which I had to clean up myself. I emailed them with photos of the issues and received no response.
Well, they're NOT even happy when I was calling them, they attempted to end the call as soon as possible Unhappily. I'm Not surprised at all that their rating was only about 2.
The worst! My real state agent recommend me to this cleaning company and 1 Asian lady came to clean the property she just did horrible job with the steam clean the carpets she never use any cleaning chemical to steam clean the carpets and she did a bad job cleaning the walls ,she went on a break for 30min and came back after 2hours while I was waiting for her at home,not professional at all ,poor service, if u want your bond back I DONT RECCOMOND this company
Use literally ANYONE else.
Very professional and nice cleaning team. look after me for every single item. give me reasonable advice. Help to get bond back. Really worth 5 stars
