I had another great experience with Anope Bhatti at the Bank of America Murphy branch. He was incredibly helpful with my account and provided excellent service. Highly satisfied!
Anope Bhatti help me to my account and he is very helpful giving me the information about the account and safety deposit box. He always welcome with smile, he’s the best banker I ever met.
I stopped by the bank yesterday around 3:30 pm to open up a new business checking account. The lobby did not have anyone. There was only 1 cashier and he had a line in front of him. I stood in the lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting for any one to ask me what I need and no one showed up. This is the worst customer service I experienced in my life.
Not helpful. And I have been a customer for more than 20 years.
The line always long . They never care for people . But we are stupid to have Bank of America
