I do not know what is going on with the Stanta Monica Brach on 1301 4th Street. I have banked with BA for years, leaving 5 start reviews for other locations. I bank online and use ATMs. minimizing burdens on branches, but sometimes I need in-person services. I made an appointment to notarize some documents a couple days in advance. I had my ID, all necessary documents printed and ready to go. The evening before the notary called and cancelled. I appreciate things can come up, but the notary did not offer a new time. Not sure who the Skinny Bald guy with glasses is who was working today, June 26, 2025. I am absolutely disgusted with his complete lack of respect, disrespect and poor customer service. I went in to this location just after 5 pm, obviously the bank had just closed, but I just needed to use the ATM. I deposited cash, then the atm said it was going to return some bills but it never did. It just kept my money.
