They gave my mortgage to SHELLPOINT servicing. Who screwed up my escrow. Have multiple contacts to SHELLPOINT, still screwed up. I WENT WITH ASSOCIATED BANK because of price and service. They dumped me with garbage SHELLPOINT. NEVER USING ASSOCIATED AGAIN.
My client parked in a spot clearly marked as reserved for banking customers while opening a business account at Associated Bank—a process that was insufferably slow and absolutely ridiculous. While enduring this ordeal, he received a ticket because someone inside the bank decided to call the truck in. - This was found out after contesting the citation.
