I've been the victim of a lot of identity fraud issues ... Associated Bank has been a Godsend for me ... I had to get 2 new debit cards in 3 weeks because of fraudulent charges on my debit card ... Plus they refunded me one of the charges that posted to my account and when the company that charged the fraud charge actually refunded the money, Associated Bank let me keep the refund they gave me instead of taking it back out of my account because it was less than $30 ... I've been with AB since 1991 and I'm not going anywhere ... read more
The best bank in town on service and friendly staff, they treat you like family.
They gave my mortgage to SHELLPOINT servicing. Who screwed up my escrow. Have multiple contacts to SHELLPOINT, still screwed up. I WENT WITH ASSOCIATED BANK because of price and service. They dumped me with garbage SHELLPOINT. NEVER USING ASSOCIATED AGAIN.
