I have never been so appalled by an employee who claims to be a manager. Is it a common thing these days to call a customer “fucking stupid”. How incredibly professional. Then to get in the customers space while telling him to back off while she was the one who started to cause a scene? I understand it’s a gas station but where is basic human decency.
