They recently bought out the another ISP serving Piedmont, OK. The speeds are atrocious, they never provided over a tenth of what they promised the first time we had them. AND they came to our house unannounced, tore their equipment from the roof and dumped it into the back lawn. Their customer service is a nightmare, and they censor their service without prior warning. Avoid this company like the PLAGUE.
Unreliable service and customer support. A service call yields a fix lasting maybe 24 hours. Have to wait 1 1/2 weeks for a service call. Live just over a mile from the tower which is overloaded in this area. Avoid this provider.

FIND OTHER ALTERNATIVE!!! This company is completely unprofessional (recently). We signed up with @Link in 2008. Originally, the internet speeds were lightning quick (of course compared to dial up, what isn't). However, in the past 2 years the service and reliability is undependable. On several occasions our company has had issues with connectivity or emails issues where sending/receiving is impossible (we are in clear line of sight with any towers-Canadian County). Originally, the internet speeds were lightning quick (of course compared to dial up, what isn't). However, in the past 2 years the service and reliability is undependable. Here is my atlinkwifi review. Almost 7 years ago I was overjoyed that atlinkwifi was available in my area, as I live in rural area with only dial up or expensive satellite. They were great,up until about 12 months ago. For 6 years I rarely called them for anything and when I did, they were johhnny on the spot. About a year ago, the service become very spotty, s l o w connections. Dozens of calls led to blaming other issues, companys and even their boss. I get great service and good speeds around the clock. I haven t had any trouble with Atlink. I switched to them after using a wireless broadband for months and my speed is or double what it used to be. The technician was friendly and courteous and did a great job getting me up and running. I also purchased their VoIP service for my business and the quality is great and the guy on the phone was patient in setting up my company directory. I have to say that atlink has a great service and I would recommend them to anyone
