It's a shame that I'm forced to even give even one star to this organization. After damaging and destroying so many of our items, and losing items altogether, Atlas apparently promises to reimburse you for the damages to the items caused or lost. We had a like new, $4,000 leather couch with recliners. When we received the couch, it had significant scratches and damage to the leather. We pointed out the damages immediately upon delivery. Realy bad experience, they broke and loose things… Even if there staff say they broke it, the compagny don’t refund
This review concerns Atlas Van Lines; I am posting it here because Gale (phone operator) indicated that this is the same company as AVL and they share staffing. EMPLOYEE THREATENED TO USE A GUN ON BYSTANDER -- DO NOT USE ATLAS VAN LINES. This company was moving into my apartment building, leaving a (locked) front door propped open for over four hours.
