Had items stolen from my bags during the move process. Have been working with them and insurance to retrieve these items and so far they have not been cooperating with my insurance. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. UPDATE: Never got resolve. The owner Dan/David called me but never resolved my issue. I had a Louis Vuitton tie in its original box removed from the LV bag it was placed in and the bag was replaced with hangers. I had a move set up with these folks which they sold to another company. When booking my move I was told my price was guaranteed and would not go up. The company they sold my move to showed up and charged an additional $4k. Atlas told me I must not have told them everything i had so it was my fault. I had told them I would need a semi trailer. The company that came out showed up with a 26 foot box truck half full of somebody else's stuff. I will never sign a contract with atlas again knowing that they sell their moves. Nobod... read more
