I had a trap machine that got damaged in shipment. I called and talked to a gentleman by the name of Hopper. A wonderful individual to work with. As well as Mike. These guys went beyond and above. To help me troubleshoot this machine. Once we found what was damaged, it was determined to return the Trap machine and they would send another one out. Great company!
Purchased an AT250 with the commercial cart. Am super excited to set them up and use them. The 5-star today is for their wonderful Customer Service. Called in as I had some questions about assembly. Hopper answered and was able to walk me through the bolts(how to read the schematic and match up physical bolts with the specified bolts on the schematic) and where they all go. If there was a book on what customer service should be, Atlas should write it. What an amazing experience every time I've contacted them with a question. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and very friendly. They make a great product to boot!
