I called on a Friday morning and spoke with Fiona. I told her that I was looking for a new vendor to supply my business with all of my parts. I gave her my part number and the urgency of the part I needed. Fiona stated she would be calling me back later that day. We paid for a product which was to be delivered in 2 weeks maximum. It’s been 3 weeks now. My wife called them to see what’s going on since it’s for a church function this month (July). Instead of them being real and tell us why there is a delay, they pick us the phone, put her on hold then hangout the whole thing. After that, they don’t pick up again. This has happened the last 2 days. We are very disappointed and will be inconvenienced if this product doesn’t arrive on time.
