Everything arrived intact with no broken items. And, HAMS Moving & Storage Services Customer Care followed up the next day to ask how the move went and to see if I had any questions or concerns.

They took great care in preparing our furniture for the move and worked very efficiently in both moving and setting up our furniture in the new place. All three of them were very friendly and personable during the process.

They wrapped and protected my stuff so nothing broke or was damaged. And they unwrapped everything quickly as well. The 3 men were so friendly and so great. I could tell they had a lot of experience moving because they knew just what to do. Really positive experience and would recommend/use again for sure!

The crew showed up on schedule, were extremely patient with us, carefully wrapped our furniture, very speedy with loading and unloading. Overall they were a great crew and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a move.
