He is my age, so it felt comfortable and yet at the same time realizing the choices w both made in life. He doesn’t talk down to you or act like you’re stupid for not comprehending something. As long as you’re assertive and ask point blank, what’s going on? He is glad to advise you and tell you what’s going on. His staff is wonderful and very polite.
