Have been waiting wks for someone to call me as my property manager requested. I finally gave up and called myself. I have left several messages for Amanda and she refuses to call back. I'm pretty sure nobody here understands law at all and that's why they are convincing my mobile home park they can evict me by not cashing my rent checks. Dealing with this company, along with Pathlife management service, has been an absolute nightmare. If you find yourself unfortunately having to engage with them, good luck. When I arrived at the office for assistance, I was denied entry and forced to deal with them outside, facing blatant racism. Despite making a full $18k payment directly to Pathlife management, as advised by Amanda, two months later, they're trying to charge me additional legal fees that were never mentioned.
