Asked for a quote, someone came around that day, which was great. I haven't heard since despite chasing every day for a week. I'll go somewhere else now but I wish they hadn't wasted my time.
Jason and the gardening team from Atlas Gardens transformed our garden. They have been professional throughout the job. It has been a pleasant experience having them work in the garden and I would highly recommend them. They provided both personal and company phone numbers and addressed all our queries promptly.
Fitted a fence and gate for us. All excellent. Until the gate dropped and needed replacing. When I say it took months to get hold of Ollie to sort this I am not exaggerating! He then referred us to his supplier who replaced the gate quickly. (We however had to arrange this ourselves) Ollie was meant to come and install the replacement for us but after weeks of trying to get hold of him, we gave up and did it ourselves. Really disappointing (and rude) lack of service and courtesy after an excellent initial impression.
