The shuttle took over 40 minutes to get to the airport even though it's a 7 minute drive to the car rental office. The car had tired bearings that made a grinding noise, shock issues when going over bumps. But worst of all we told them we needed to return the car early (5am) and they said no problem just leave it with Reddy parking (next door). No mention of a fee or anything. Steel was protruding from both front tires, I took the car back and they up graded us. It has been 1month and we are still waiting for our bond. I would not touch them with a barge pole.

I would give it a zero!! 9 months ago A woman crashed into our rental, which is fine, no one injured, around $700 damages. Upon leaving the country, gold coast office (Kelly M) tried to get $4000au from us, told us we'd be covered by our travel insurance . We managed $3000au, paperwork was stuffed up (by kelly) travel insurance couldn't pay out (they were great though!). We have tried and tried to contact them only to get automated responses. Apparently aren't even a registered company anymore so we can't take them to claims... read more
