My husband’s padded Harvey belt buckle was ran over and completely shattered. I contacted Atlas 46 about a replacement buckle. One was shipped out promptly however it would require sewing the strap, which was different than the original where both sides were adjustable. After contacting Atlas 46 again, they sent a prepaid label and the belt was mailed in for repair. It was all done within a week and they went above and beyond. I've been using the same toolbelt for 10 years and the elastic waist straps finally needed replacement. Received the straps in a few days at no cost to me. I won't wear any other belt.
I recently purchased the Saratoga hi-vis harness compatible tool vest as well as the flashlight shoulder strap and Saratoga shoulder pads. I have not gotten anything yet as I have only just purchased my items. However I requested a call from Atlas 46 to get a better idea of how long the production time is and about how long I would be having to wait until I got my items. Just by reading other comments the management is comical. Here's a thought, if your going to offer things for sale how about have them in stock???
The customer service team at the “business” is next level trash. They treated my mom like dirt. All she was trying to do was ask when the shipment would be received. She was told “obviously you didn’t read the website” (To be fair it said 90 days lead time and my mom missed that). However, the amount of attitude that she received for asking a simple question was ridiculous. The easy response would have been “Our products can take up to 90 days to produce, let me look and see when your order is set to be ready”. When my mom t... read more
