Credit and criticism where it is warranted. May 2025. Well, I ordered an Atlas46 roll up tool bag from Amazon. Amazon sent the wrong model, so I couldn’t keep it. But I got a chance to examine the workmanship. Yes, these guys build the best. Very impressive quality through and through. I would have so kept this (even though allot more expensive than the Asian made brands) as it is that good. One of those things that could last a lifetime if cared for. The product and the people are what make this company the best at what they do. I have been using their tool belt systems for my entire career and have been amazed with how well the product has held up. I recently had an issue with my belt and Ashley and the other team members helped me tremendously. Everyone I have dealt with has been amazing and I couldn’t more satisfied. I will be a customer for life!
Good quality but the lead time is really bad. I ordered from them March 2024 and Just received my order yesterday, 5/1/2025. It had been so long that I completely forgot about it and thought that I had been scammed lol......It's good quality, but not good enough to wait over a year for.
placed my 3rd order July 2024. close to a $1000 worth.. Just canceled, it's April 30th 2025, never received anything but a run around. Pathetic.....................I would not recommend buying anything from this company. It doesn't take 9 months to make a couple pair of pants.
HEADS UP!!! 6 months since I ordered my vest and still haven't seen it. When you call for an update they aren't even competent enough to look your order up by name, they just put you on hold and then disconnect the call and refuse to answer when you call back. In what world does a business operate like this?
