Called for suggestions and help for my visa but was not helpful at all. Also, impolite saying why don’t I just change my job. As if it’s something you can do in a snap. So unprofessional. People call agencies to ask for guidance and other visa pathways, the guy I was talking to over the phone clearly did not have the knowledge of a migration agent.
