We have used Eileen for our initial mediation work and then to touch up our agreement after a few years. Eileen is excellent at diffusing situations and keeping everyone calm. She also keeps the process moving along and uses time wisely. She is kind and cares about both parties involved in the process!
This was my first professional mediation experience. Eileen works from her home office and is happy to meet in person or virtually. We chose to meet in person. The office is comfortable with a bathroom right next door and everything is very clean and private. Unfortunately we did not reach an agreement but Eileen sure did her best to try to make it happen.
