This place has really went down in service. I have brought food multiple times and the food has been old and molded. Items are often expired and the store workers are rude. The prices here are also very, very expensive. They match or surpass NYC Manhattan prices. The staff are very rude to paying customers. I want to know what happened to the coffee recently??!! Anybody else feel this way?? It went from being SO GOOD, to absolutely horrible, watered down and tasting like brown water!!! I went from buying one to two cups per day, to none! I can't even drink it anymore!! I had several other customers complaining to me about it, while I was in the store too! So it's not just me!! FINAL COMPLAINT – TEXT FORMAT I am filing a formal complaint regarding serious non-compliance and improper conduct at the Atlantis Fresh Market gas station located at 1393 Broad Street in Newark, NJ. On May 6, 2026, I arrived at this location and clearly instructed the attendant that I wanted $30 of regular fuel charged to my credit card. Disloyal business: most items have no prices, you only find out at the register, putting you in an awkward position feeling pressured to buy. This is as a fishy tactic to overcharge based on impulse rather than transparency. I will NOT COME BACK.
