Everything started out great - Dr Patel was phenomenal and did an amazing job. I’m almost 3 years out from my surgery with no complications and keeping the weight off. He’s the reason they get ONE star. The team otherwise has caused significant problems for me. I started Wegovy last year to help break a weight loss stall. During the regimen, I moved 2.5 hours away but was told I needed to come in person every so often to continue my prescription. Fine, we’ll make it work. First off.. Drove 45 minutes to an hour for this appointment bc the original Dr I see in Court House wasn’t available til middle or end of January and I wasn’t waiting until then to refill my prescription bc there’d be no point in taking it at that point. So I made sure I took off of work to make this appointment. The appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 1:20 walked in the wrong building and then walked in the right building around 1:25 and was told to reschedule. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. Very poor... read more

Dr Patel is amazing!!! He fixed my hiatal hernia and redid my sleeve to a bypass to alleviate my stomach acid problem.
No one ever answers the phones, no call backs. How do I get in touch with the office?????
