I arrived, and they assisted me immediately! I also want to mention that I brought my two-year-old son with me, and everyone was incredibly patient with both of us, especially considering how active he is. I was able to set up my checking and savings accounts and explore options for opening a business account. I use the Scotts Addition branch weekly, starting when they first opened. I get great, efficient and nice service. The tellers are always able to solve my issues. When my account was compromised Max and his team got that mess straightened out.
