No one acknowledged even so at 3:27 Pm i left your branch. This is the worst experience anyone can have in any bank. Sad Please look in to this.
Excellent customer service, quick, efficient and ver pleasant. Opened a cd, money market and made a few other transactions in less than 10 minutes
Guy at the counter wouldn’t let me use their restroom after I made my withdrawal.

I would advise not to bank at this location or any other. Atlantic Union does not have your best interest at heart. Recently my account was hit with fraudulent activity. Atlantic Union contacted me and stated that the account had been closed and to come into the branch to create a new one (which was a lie). Infact my account was kept open and instead of rejecting my next direct deposit check from my job, Atlantic Union decided to use that check without my knowledge in an attempt to clear the insufficient funds caused by the ... read more
