The staff at this branch of Atlantic Union Bank were very professional and helpful. They were able to quickly and easily help me with obtaining a medallion stamp I needed for a stock transfer.
I utilized a video call w/ Malcolm to remedy an issue I was having with a debit/credit card activation. The problem was solved in a short period of time. I love that the video meeting was an option as it was easy and efficient.
I arrived, and they assisted me immediately! I also want to mention that I brought my two-year-old son with me, and everyone was incredibly patient with both of us, especially considering how active he is. I was able to set up my checking and savings accounts and explore options for opening a business account.
