Amazing Staff and Total Professionals. Very Friendly the bank is lucky to have them.
The branch across from Chesterfield Towne Center on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond lost a deposit I made through the drive-thru teller and could not locate the deposit, which was probably credited to the wrong customer's account. Customer service said I had to work with the branch to resolve the problem, and the branch personnel were unable to account for the missing deposit in their records. Great customer service. Lavonda came out to retrieve my dropped license since I have mobility issues and could not reach it. She also was concerned about me calling from my cell to activate my temp debit card since the system indicated I had a home landline. I had switched to just mobile but had not updated that info on the app. She is Fantastic and deserves to be celebrated for her great customer service!!!
