This is, quite literally, the worst bank I have ever dealt with. While the staff might be pleasant, their overdraft fees are extortionate. My trust and respect for them vanished after their acquisition or merger – I haven't bothered to look up the details. After nearly 25 years of banking with them, they closed my local branch, forcing me to drive into town for banking services.
