Always a pleasure to do my banking business at the AUB Chesapeake location. Everyone there treats me like family, they are extremely professional.
This Branch especially the customer service is the best and the people that work there are the most friendliest people they are very knowledgeable they take time to get to know you what your needs and your wants are they accommodate you they make you feel welcomed and make you feel valued and I couldn't recommend a better place Best of the Best
This is the shadiest branch location. I'm very glad we aren't customers of this bank and we bank at Truist and take all our convenience store deposits to Truist as well. For the past 10 months we've been cashing a large sum check there with no issues. It's an individuals check that banks there/drawn on Atlantic Union and is ordered by Chesapeake courts to pay us monthly.
