I’ve been banking with Atlantic Union since 2004. I have several accounts with them. Their team is helpful, knowledgeable and always friendly. Best bank I’ve ever done business with in my 56 years on planet earth.
Although the closing and cashing out of a CD was handled properly, I was told that there would be no earned interest on the account during the maturity grace period, only that interest was earned up to the maturity date, but no further.
Went through drive thru window. Customer at 1st drive thru with teller. Husband sent his deposit at next open lane. The customer & teller on mic talking personal issues and the lanes getting longer. Husband brought it to tellers attention we just have a simple deposit after sitting 8 minutes thinking she would focus on work vs personal issues with friend/customer.
