Went through drive thru window. Customer at 1st drive thru with teller. Husband sent his deposit at next open lane. The customer & teller on mic talking personal issues and the lanes getting longer. Husband brought it to tellers attention we just have a simple deposit after sitting 8 minutes thinking she would focus on work vs personal issues with friend/customer. Manager RUDE. EVERY TIME I go in it’s different rules. Management very none professional when it comes to dealing with customers. Seems like she was in her feelings when I came inside. !!!!!!!
Not sure why I still bank here. The card doesn't work for online purchases and now they're not even open on Saturday. Not sure what's going on with these guys
Called this branch to transfer funds, Verizon (don't get me started on Verizon customer service) the phone and said this party was unavailable. No way to ask a question. Between banks, doctor practices, and phone companies, no one is interested in customer or patient needs, it's all about the business. Think it's going to be better with AI? We're going down a hole into boiling water.
