The best bank I've ever dealt with
Great bank
Very poor service. Answer different from every banker about getting in a safety deposit box of a deceased parent. When you do exactly as you say, bring the documentation back they tell you it's inaccurate. After contesting it 5 minutes they said they will call corporate who ultimately took that. I am a business account holder and customer, Also wouldn't notarized any documentation said it was a "conflict of interets". Let me say, wells fargo has never given me any hassle.
