Since being put off by Kathy and the branch manager at the Colonial Beach Branch, I closed my business account but waited for legal advise on how to close my Political Campaign account. Today I decided to continue with Atlantic Union Bank, but to avoid the juvenile behavior I experienced with Kathy at the Colonial Beach branch, and the branch manager, I decided to conduct my business at the King George branch. This branch (King George) each employee here always have a smile, being very knowledgeable of the offers, pleasant...Priscilla always comes out of her office to welcome you in.
Karam was very patient and helpful with my requests.
Except for a couple folks, awful place.
Cristina was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. She made the setting up of our new accounts enjoyable. She treated us as real people not just a number. We felt like we were visiting with an old friend.
