The employees have always been courteous and helpful. They have always handled my situation well.
I visited this bank several weeks ago to get a cashiers check much to my surprise I was charged $10 for it. This is not my normal banks I deal with but have never been charged before just returned this morning from getting another cashiers check and no $10 dollars was mentioned. Get it together King William Branch y’all don’t pay enough interest to then have to be charged to get my money back out poor customer service I will not be returning to this branch in the future if this is how it is run.
