Best bank ever! Every single employee is wonderful!
I called today and got a very rude lady that was in such a hurry to hang up and did literally while I was speaking. Normally they are nice and friendly but not that lady! I appreciate the call back, thank you.
Let me first say the people at the bank are great. The bank itself is not for business in my opinion. Atlantic Union is the most primitive bank I have used for business banking. The hours are limited, technology is awful, and mobile banking deposit limit is set to $5,000, nickel and dime on fees, on and on. The only reason I am staying is because it would be really difficult to switch all the connections I have.
I am shocked to read any negative reviews! I have found everyone at Gayton to be incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to help me! They have always been kind and polite and very friendly! I do agree the wait time for drive thru has been longer than usual, but now that the lobby has reopened that should clear up. Larger branches usually have more drive thru lanes and the ATM is in a different place--but I always found the friendly staff worth the wait!
