I went into Union Bank today to make a Cash withdrawal. The staff in the Bank are very unfriendly and don’t seem interested in helping customers. When I came into the lobby, there was one person in front of me and two tellers. The teller that was open didn’t make any effort to engage me or ask me if I needed any help. When I asked her if she was open, she grunted and muttered yeah. no smile no Pleasantries no asking how you’re doing. she looked like she was very unhappy to be working at the bank. Friendly staff and able to quickly address my questions. Cindy was very pleasant and helpful!
When I walked in there were 5 people in line ahead of me. ONLY ONE teller, waited while 4 of those people did there business. Then the man in front of me had a lot of business to conduct as I waited almost 5 minutes and he still wasn't done. SO I LEFT!!! It's this type of nonsense that is responsible for me closing all of my at Atlantic Union.
