When I walked in there were 5 people in line ahead of me. ONLY ONE teller, waited while 4 of those people did there business. Then the man in front of me had a lot of business to conduct as I waited almost 5 minutes and he still wasn't done. SO I LEFT!!! It's this type of nonsense that is responsible for me closing all of my at Atlantic Union.

Been going to this Bank for a long time. It super, have good checking accounts and safe deposit box, and really friendly staff, like Walker and Nancy. Nancy helped me a few months ago when someone drafted my account she was very helpful. Walker also has helped with my accounts, and always is smiling. Had to wait while rep was on phone, no problem but then she didn't acknowledge me and started typing on her personal phone. One of the cashiers asked if I needed help and when I told it was about a CD that just renewed she said that she couldn't help and the woman at the desk would help me. I walked over to the woman sitting at the desk still typing on her phone. The the cashier said "you have someone who needs your help" finally she looked up and acknowledged me. From that point she performed her job.
