Came in early in the morning after having a bit of a rough start. I wanted to cash checks but was not aware my account was closed. I was adressed by a lady who's named starts with m. She was very dismissive and passive aggressive she snatched my card off the counter and threw it away. Lol not sure what I did but I will not be back. I went to wells fargo to cash my checks and they were much nicer 🙏😆

The guy with the beard is insanely slow. Every time I go in to get my statement printed out, it takes him like five minutes to Find andprint the statement. Also, he couldn’t even print this statement today, even though it is 12 May, I could not get a statement for April printed! And he has no people skills!!! Ever!
