I had two charges that I did not recognize. Almost a month later i am being told they ate valid because it was Apple Pay and will not be refunded claiming they have documentation from the merchant. From what i was advised in the bank it wasn’t a merchant it was a person and this happens allot . So they ordered me a new debit card. This was on 8/26:25 the banker guy said they tell you it will take 10 business days but you usually get it in 5. Love the warm welcome I get each and everytime I visit the Ironbridge location. I'm always treated with respect and as if I am their only customer.
I was pretty shocked to find out that there’s a $10 fee I had to pay for cashing a check which is drawn from this actual bank. I don’t have an account here but the check is drawn from this bank. I didn’t see any signage to that effect and was only notified of it once I had waited and about to have the money counted out to me! I guess i will definitely use my own bank the next time for sure and definitely didn’t feel welcomed to think about becoming a customer!
Tony Jesmer, banker from the Iron Bridge Rd location in Chester, was amazing. I had a limited lunch, and he had fixed my issue before I even came in for my appointment. He answered every question I had about a difficult situation with my Mother's estate account. He was truly interested in customer service to save people time and frustration.
