I was pretty shocked to find out that there’s a $10 fee I had to pay for cashing a check which is drawn from this actual bank. I don’t have an account here but the check is drawn from this bank. I didn’t see any signage to that effect and was only notified of it once I had waited and about to have the money counted out to me! I guess i will definitely use my own bank the next time for sure and definitely didn’t feel welcomed to think about becoming a customer!
Tony Jesmer, banker from the Iron Bridge Rd location in Chester, was amazing. I had a limited lunch, and he had fixed my issue before I even came in for my appointment. He answered every question I had about a difficult situation with my Mother's estate account. He was truly interested in customer service to save people time and frustration. I’m not sure if this place is lacking help or we have just evolved into a work place of no sense of urgency, but this place is so inefficient. Every time I go through the drive thru, it takes a long time to complete any transaction even when I’m the only one in line. Today, I waited 15-20 mins for 2 checks to be deposited after sending the checks over without any communication from the staff. That seems to be a pretty common experience there. Considering switching banks for my business for more efficient banking services.
