Tony Jesmer, banker from the Iron Bridge Rd location in Chester, was amazing. I had a limited lunch, and he had fixed my issue before I even came in for my appointment. He answered every question I had about a difficult situation with my Mother's estate account. He was truly interested in customer service to save people time and frustration. I’m not sure if this place is lacking help or we have just evolved into a work place of no sense of urgency, but this place is so inefficient. Every time I go through the drive thru, it takes a long time to complete any transaction even when I’m the only one in line. Today, I waited 15-20 mins for 2 checks to be deposited after sending the checks over without any communication from the staff. That seems to be a pretty common experience there. Considering switching banks for my business for more efficient banking services.
Great customer service and fast service.
Go in to get a Cashiers check and withdraw and the young man with twisted dreads made me wait 10 min before being seen, made me fill out two more slips after I already filled out one. Had to jump through hoops wasent very nice experience. All of the normal staff i have delt with in the past that made going to the bank a great experience seem to have moved on I guess. Shame there such a large turn around rate.
