Great branch and manager!!!
I always have a great experience especially at the Ironbridge location. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I always have a good experience when I have to call in as well. Can't say a bad thing about them.
Genuinely shocked by all the bad reviews. I just opened an account here and had to go into the branch about a couple issues. I was helped by Danisha and she went above and beyond. Even though she was still working on fixing my account past closing, I never felt rushed. Awesome customer service!
Not restricted to this location, but AUB is terrible. Their system will need ‘maintenance” every so often, and your card will be declined wherever you go. No forewarning, no apology, just zero access to your money. This has happened to me multiple times in the past few months. Preserve the ability to use your money and go to Chase or Wells Fargo.
The only thing I would like to see them at least stay open inside till 5:30pm, most people working don’t get off till 4:30 or 5:00
