Chincoteague customer service was extremely poor during my visit. Rude and unhelpful. Been banking with atlantic union before it was called atlantic union and if I didn't have great experience at other locations I would definitely leave this bank based off the interaction today. Will not return to this location.

The person assisting me tried to resolve my problem both on my Atlantic Union app and also on Atlantic Union.com. When she was unable to find what she was looking for in either place she called in-house customer service and got the answer immediately and was able to fix my problem. I was trying to stop paper statements. She was able to find the form and submit. She was very pleasant and very helpful.
SLOW , SLOW, SLOW! Lexi is the only good teller left here and she is hardly a teller anymore! Sad, use to be the best bank ever! Will be moving all my banking at the end of this year! Taylor Bank a 5 star bank!
