Don't bother trying to use chat with this Bank. They're horrible they don't know what they're doing and they don't listen to the customer especially if you get a customer service representative named Jonathan. Worst representative either, and completely incompetent.

Absolutely slowest bank you will ever encounter. Montross and Warsaw branches are horrible.
