I’m trying to understand how do you lack customer service as employees. You will literally stand there looking like a deer caught in headlights waiting to ask to be help. Don’t look for a greeting walking through the door. Thats not going to happen. Then they have the audacity to act like you just bothered them after they finished your transaction. I recommend going to the other bank in Exmore if you don’t mind the drive. You won’t be disappointed with the customer service.

Kania was Fabulous. I went in with a list of five or six things, some complicated, and she handled them all graciously with a smile and very quickly. I love this bank and the people.

They created fake overdraft fees after you closed account!!!be carefull !!you think you closed your account you should be fine because If I owned them money they will tell me right there but they've said it's closed,you okay. later on when you check chexsytem it shows you owned them money?$400 -500 bucks?get everything in written after close account and keep all paperwork safely place at least 5 years .
