John & April are super nice and easy to deal with. My money is safe with them. The two times by account was hacked they got my new card the next day and the money was right back in my account.

His communication throughout the process was very thorough and he was quickly accessible via phone when we had questions. Thank you John! I wish I had discovered this bank long ago. Nicest people. Took only a couple minutes to sign up online. They even called me to say Hi after I signed up. Went to drive thru and just such nice branch staff. Highly recommend this bank!
