Bank manager Felecia Howard is very people oriented. Our business account encountered fraudulent activity. She walked us through every step of the bank’s protection and restoration efforts. Felecia answered all of our questions and was very reassuring of our account’s safety moving forward. Please get her whatever she asks for regarding the success of her branch. She is a keeper!
