What is going on at this bank? I was here a month ago and it took somebody more than 10 minutes to acknowledge my existence when I was sitting in the drive-through. I've never experienced that in almost 15 years of being a customer of this bank. Today the lobby is closed due to "staffing" and I just waited 10 minutes to watch them process one car, four cars ahead of me. This on top of the fact that I requested a new debit card a month ago and still have not received it I'm just about done with Atlantic Union.
Wasn’t greeted , had me waiting for 10 without saying a word then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to open an account then to charge me for cashing a check that has their name all over it is delusional ! Makes it so easy to be part of a bigger bank like capital one or Wells Fargo - we have to do better def if you want the consumer to join a smaller/local bank customer service has to be priority !!
I've been a customer since 2010. Today I went into this branch. The receptionist greeted the two men coming before me. Didn't look at me. The teller who eventually waited on me was nice. While she was waiting on the customer in front of me. There was an open counter. The young man looked at me and walked away. I have a very large salary coming soon. I will be switching banks. I've been in other locations. With similar experiences. This branch I'll never go inside. I've worked in customer service. That was awful.
