The tellers are very nice, cool, and patient, even helped me find my favorite lollipop flavor lol, very good branch whenever I come in
I have been this bank’s customer since Ukrop’s opened it. There have been some growing pains along the way, but this bank has always come through for me in many ways. One of the things that has bothered me over the years, is that when I become familiar with the staff, they suddenly disappear. I guess when it comes to my money, I like to know and trust the people with whom I deal. I am not a rich person, and every cent matters. What is going on at this bank? I was here a month ago and it took somebody more than 10 minutes to acknowledge my existence when I was sitting in the drive-through. I've never experienced that in almost 15 years of being a customer of this bank. Today the lobby is closed due to "staffing" and I just waited 10 minutes to watch them process one car, four cars ahead of me. This on top of the fact that I requested a new debit card a month ago and still have not received it I'm just about done with Atlantic Union.
