Over 30 minutes late. Answered my first call after 15 minutes past pick up time, didnt answer again after that. Hoping we dont miss our ship.

To Jenifer Jordan. You must be very confused! You paid next to nothing for Shared transfer at a certain time! You complain because you did not receive private transfer?? Your point is irrelevant, shared shuttles have schedules, because you are not the only passenger! Badmounting our business, because we did not send a helicopter to pick you up right at the moment you wanted? It seems to me this is paid competitors review, because it does not make any sense!! ATG Team!

Terrible!! Had an appointment scheduled and called to confirm and was told they couldn't find my reservation. I kept explaining how I had called over a month prior and was told my appointment would be 9:30am and I would make my 11:45am flight. Then they found my reservation but it was for 11:45am so I asked how could it change from 9:30 to 11:45 and he told he that's all they had available. I asked what about my reservation and he said tough luck. So I picked a different company that was happy to get me there at the airport ... read more
