Thank you for all 1 star reviews that kept us from using this "company ". I called just to see if it was maybe bad timing when the succession of awful reviews came through, but that one call made it very clear these are not isolated incidents. The first 5 star review they have is from themselves because thats how they responded to a review that called them out on their consistent poor service.
Great company to deal with, we used them to travel from Orlando down to Tampa for spring training. They kept in contact with us as our pick up date approached. They were right on time for pickup and got us there safely. I would definitely use them again.
Argumentative and combative rather than helpful and accommodating. The fact that the only 5 star review this company has is from its self should say it all.
Over 30 minutes late. Answered my first call after 15 minutes past pick up time, didnt answer again after that. Hoping we dont miss our ship.
