You need to go to Atlantic Pool and Spa. The owners Mike and Melissa provide excellent, knowledgeable, courteous service and have managed to hire people that live up to their high standards. I purchased my hot tub from them 10 years ago and have never been disappointed. Finally after 10 years of use I needed repair to the pump. It was picked up by Colton and returned within a week. Jerry answered my calls and lived up to his promise that the repair would be done before the weekend and the arrival of my expected guests. Great... read more
The owners of Atlantic Pool & Spa are very professional. I have had superior service! The atmosphere in the store is very friendly. They are willing to help with any needs for my Hot tub or pool. If I have any problems they go out of their way to get what I need done in a timely manner.
I was very impressed with the Service Tech named, P.J. who came to my home in Lovell, Me. to fix my Hot Tub leak. He was efficient, curtious and went out of his way to travel back to N. Conway, N.H. to the shop to get a part and return that night in the dark to finish his job , which could of been done the next day. He does not like to leave a job unfinished. A week later I got a bill that was very reasonable for all his diligence. Thank you P.J. The tub is wonderful! NO LEAKS....
we having been using the service for our spa from mike for about 8 years (our spa was purchased at his previous work place ) i have never had anything but great service ,prompt and professional. i called with a problem on a sunday at 4pm mike was at our house in denmark maine in less than an hour because he knew we lived out of state. i'm sure you'd be hard pressed to find a response time like that elsewhere.
